1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open and use a Winph99 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
• Be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under applicable local laws.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of Winph99 or its affiliated service providers.

Winph99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Registration and Use

Each individual may register only one account on Winph99. Duplicate registrations are prohibited. When creating your account you agree to:

• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
